We do also trade on other platforms and sell both individually and also wholesale, so on the rare occasion some stock items may become low or temporarily out of stock though our Website. We do cater for this in our shipping times, so if we list it here on our website it is available to order and you will receive it. We bring wholesale prices direct to you saving you money on your adult entertainment products with no minimum order requirement!

- Processing time before shipping 1 - 2 days.
- Courier - R99 - Door delivery (any size parcel) 1 - 3 days to most areas, outlying can take longer, refer to tables below.
- PostNet - R109 - Branch collection 1 - 4 days. (We deliver parcels to PostNet 2-3 times a week)
- Pargo - R99 - Pick-up point collection 1 - 4 days. (Maximum size 40x40x40cm)
- The Pargo Pickup Point Network includes Clicks stores, Freshstop at Caltex, and variety of smaller pickup points.
Catalogue Items
- Processing time before shipping 2 - 15 business days on average, on some occasions it can take longer

We want to inform you up front that although majority of catalogue or pre-order items arrive within the advertised time or 2 – 15 business days there may be potential unforeseen delays in the ordering of catalogue items, specifically as these items are imported by us from our various suppliers. There are several factors that can cause delays with catalogue items. Here are a few examples: Customs clearance, Origin to the destination country transit times, Supplier availability and Unforeseen circumstances such as Natural disasters, Health issues or Political instability these delays can be unpredictable and outside of our control. These unforeseen delays only apply to catalogue items and not in-stock items.

Once we issue your tracking number it is your responsibility to Track Your Parcel and liase with the courier where necessary. Delivery address can not be changed once shipped. We will supply you with an insured tracking number and tracking link, if you have any issues you are welcome to contact us anytime for assistance. We are not responsible for tracking your parcel or for delays which are beyond our control. For your peace of mind all parcels are insured.
An order is deemed to have delivered when the courier obtains an electronic signature from any person at the buyers nominated address. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, all items are fully inspected and checked before shipping, we do not accept returns of intimate items and all our sex toys are brand new and are sealed in plastic.
