Order Processing and Shipping Update
Dear valued Moodtime Online customer, we are very pleased to advise that our courier services will re-commence as from Monday. Due to safety concerns most couriers have adjusted pickup and delivery times for the various areas so freight can leave their depots earlier or during daylight hours in order to ensure all freight is safe, as a result there may be some small operational delays.
We would also like to advise that all our parcels as always also includes free complementary insurance cover of up to R1000, so you can rest assured, should something happen you are covered.

Order Delivery Delays
Due to ongoing unrest in KZN the dispatch of orders may be delayed by a few days as we are based in Durban. We are in a safe area so are unaffected and still at work and preparing orders as normal however couriers have all suspended collections so we are just waiting on them to re-instate services.

With the increasing news and concern regarding the COVID-19, moodTime Online wants to assure our customers that for us it is business as usual.
Our parcels are all 100% safe:
We are exclusively an online store as such there is absolutely no contact of any of our products with the general public.
All our adult toys are sealed in plastic.
All toys are packed in their original retail packaging, then packed in a plain brown cardboard box, which is then sealed in a plastic courier bag. All parcels are also 100% discreet with no description of content.
We do have 95% of our product lines in stock at the moment. We have also been working closely with our shipping agent and suppliers and despite certain port closures there will be no extra-ordinary delays should any item be temporarily on order or catalogue listing.

Most international logistics companies have started working again after restrictions on non-essential airline connections between South Africa and other countries. International DHL, TNT, UPS and our shipping agents have resumed operations.
Stock is expected to start arriving during this coming week and all outstanding orders will be fulfilled ASAP.

Most international logistics companies have started working again, international DHL is operating normally, TNT, UPS and our shipping agents will be resuming operations this week.
It is anticipated that there will be some days recovery time this week whilst backlogs are cleared and shipments forwarded to South Africa.

Some of our incoming stock shipments have been delayed as non-essential airline connections between South Africa and other countries have been temporarily suspended to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
We have been advised by our logistics partner that all operations should be back to normal from the 10th February.
